Michael Barlow studied music at the Universities of Hull and London. He is active as a composer, organist, accompanist, singer, choral conductor and writer. He ran the music departments at Trent College, Nottingham and for many years at Hazelwood in Limpsfield. Michael's compositions encompass many genres from vocal too orchestral. He has published a book on the life and work of George Butterworth. Additionally, Michael currently directs and conducts several Choral societies.
